Our Vintage Pointe Builds were all about one thing: elevating the idea of a “standard” new build.
When we partnered with John Marion Custom Homes, the goal was simple — to take what might typically feel like a builder-grade home and give it that custom home experience. Because when it comes to design, we believe every space should feel thoughtful, personal, and elevated — no matter the square footage.
These homes sit just outside Highland Springs Country Club, in a new development that’s setting a new tone for luxury living in Springfield. Each home carries that signature John Marion quality — timeless craftsmanship, natural finishes, and smart layouts that just make sense for modern living. These are single-level homes, beautifully functional and refined. Most feature three bedrooms (a few stretch to four), each one designed with flow and livability in mind. The open concept layout connects living, dining, and kitchen areas seamlessly, creating a space that feels both cozy and expansive.
One of our favorite details — and maybe our most talked-about design decision — was a rounded kitchen island countertop. It sparked a little friendly debate between Chelsee and our contractor at first, but as soon as people started seeing it, everyone agreed: it’s a showstopper. It softens the whole space and adds such a unique, custom touch that completely transforms the room’s energy.
The primary suites are another highlight — calm, polished, and practical. The flow from the bedroom through the bathroom, into the closet, and straight into the laundry room is not just beautiful, but unbelievably functional. Every transition was designed to simplify daily life without sacrificing aesthetics.
