From plan selection and pre-construction to furniture placement and move-in, our team will be with you every step of the way. We’ve created this road map to help you better understand the steps and stages along the way.

Discovery

Chelsee Sowder helping clients choose styles for there home.

In our first meeting, we'll meet with you to gain an understanding of your taste, styles, inspirations, wants and needs to guide us and you through your home building journey.

design boards

Based on what we've learned about you and your taste, we will gather samples and examples of materials for your home and consider how they will tie your home together.

interior

This is where the fun begins! We will walk you through your interior from paint colors, flooring and countertops to light and outlet covers to make your home exactly as you want!

completion of build

As we near the end of the build, we will begin to discuss furniture, decor, and placement. We can assist you in determining whether what you currently possess can be utilized, but also work a list of our recommended retailers to get you the perfect pieces for the best price.

The project is about wrapped up and you are preparing for your first night in your home, and we are here to help you with furniture and decor placement to get that magazine ready look!
