Outside you’ll find stacked stone, stucco, and siding alongside contemporary fixtures. Inside, wide plank European Oak flooring runs the length of the main floor softening the dramatic black and white contrasts found in the quartz countertops, wall treatments, and marble fireplace surround. Soaring ceilings, floating solid wood stairs, and a catwalk spanning the main level create drama while keeping the space open. Stepping outside, a fully outfitted outdoor kitchen and entertaining area invite you to make the most of the great outdoors whether you’re dining al fresco, lounging, or relaxing poolside.
Luxuriously high ceilings, floating stairs, and expansive windows draw the eye outward, framing serene views of nature while filling the home with natural light. The modern architecture emphasizes clean lines and thoughtful flow, creating spaces that feel both striking and highly functional. Every design choice is intentional, supporting the way the homeowner lives while maintaining a seamless connection between indoors and out.
One of our favorite aspects of this project is the assortment of tile and stone surfaces thoughtfully selected for each bathroom, bringing unique personality to each space. From 3D glass tile in the laundry room to locally sourced Phenix marble, each finish adds an additional layer of texture and interest.
The mixed metals incorporated throughout the home brighten the space by reflecting the natural light provided by the abundant windows. Gorgeous golds found in the primary bedroom wallpaper, glittering pyrite in the basement bar backsplash, and sleek polished chrome throughout the primary and pool bath all make this project sparkle.
