Transitional

The Eck Group Spec meets HBA parade of homes, built in Granite Springs (Ozark, MO). Tasked with both impressing a wide range of buyers and also showcasing endless possibilities in this HBA Parade of Homes 2020 build—a modern transitional design was the obvious choice. Transitional seeks to incorporate both traditional and timeless features while lending a hand to longevity as trends come and go. We stepped slightly outside the norm on this one by choosing a bold yet perfect door and trim color. We chose to compliment our stately trim with a clean white wall and wood undertones throughout. Paired with a few pops of color…and fun. This home features a double sided waterfall island (quartz dropping all the way to the ground) offering both an elegant and unique feature to this home. In addition, we incorporated a fun transitional design of tile to hardwood inlay in the laundry/mudroom and contrasted this with a bold pop of color on the cubby built-ins.
